Monday 2nd June

0900– 1830hrs Early Registration at the BFTE Village at the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa. [All buyers and Sellers must report to this venue for BFTE registrations]
0900 hrs onwards Sellers continue to set-up their Booths at the BFTE Village at the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa.

Tuesday 3rd June

0900 – 1800hrs Last Day of Registration at the BFTE Village at the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa.
0900 hrs onwards Sellers continue to set-up their Booths at the BFTE Village at the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa. Set-up for all booths MUST be completed by 1800 hrs as Village will close at 1800 hours. [All Buyers and Sellers should have registered and Buyers checked into Warwick by 1800 hours].

Wednesday 4th June

0900 – 0915 hrs Compulsory Briefing for both buyers and Sellers at the BFTE Village
0915 – 1015 hrs Appointment Scheduling for both Buyers and Sellers.
1015 – 1045 hrs Morning Tea/Coffee at the Mini Golf Course sponsored by Coral Sun Fiji
1045 – 1300 hrs 15 minute appointment sessions
1300 – 1415 hrs Lunch to be served at the Mini Golf Course sponsored by Bula Fiji Tourism Exchange
1415 – 1600 hrs 15 minute appointment sessions
1800 hrs            

1830 hrs onwards		 Pre-dinner drinks at the Nadi Pool sponsored by BFTE & the Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa.
Drinks, dinner, entertaintment and Awards evening at the Talanoa Room sponsored by Air Pacific Ltd.

Thursday 5th June

0900 – 1015 hrs 15 minute appointments.
1015 – 1045 hrs Morning Tea/Coffee at the Mini Golf Course sponsored by Rosie Holidays.
1045 – 1300 hrs 15 minute appointments
1300 – 1415 hrs Lunch to be served at the Mini Golf Course sponsored by the Bula Fiji Tourism Exchange.
1415 - 1600 hrs 15 minute appointments
  Evening at leisure.

Friday 6th June

0900 – 1015 hrs 15 minute appointments
